Key Responsibilities
As an Analyst โ Chemistry PM Operations, you will:
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI/NPDI) processes across systems like SAP
- Assist in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) activities
- Perform master data management: data cleansing, enrichment, validation
- Maintain and troubleshoot web product data (PDP/PIM systems)
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, PMO, Operations)
- Provide project management support (dashboards, reporting, coordination)
- Meet defined SLA and TAT requirements
- Contribute to ISO compliance and quality standards
- Analyze business reports using Power BI or similar tools
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- MSc in Life Sciences (mandatory)
Experience
- 1โ3 years in scientific, pharma, or life sciences industry
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
- Strong life sciences and chemistry knowledge
- Experience with SAP, NPDI tools, or similar systems
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Microsoft Excel, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint
- Working knowledge of:
- Power BI / data analytics tools
- Database handling and reporting
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Effective communication and coordination skills
- High level of self-management and ownership
- Understanding of business operations and product workflows
