Qualification Required
- B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc / D.Pharm / ITI
Experience Required
- 2 – 7 years in injectable/pharma sterile manufacturing (role-dependent)
Key Responsibilities
- Operation, cleaning, and troubleshooting of injectable filling lines (vial, PFS, cartridge, bag filling)
- Aseptic area behavior and gowning qualification
- Handling of equipment such as autoclave, DHS, tunnel, lyophilizer, and terminal sterilizer
- Batch manufacturing, filtration, and filling activities as per cGMP
- Preparation and review of BMR/BPR and SOPs
- QMS activities (deviation, change control, CAPA)
- Participation in qualification and validation activities
- Compliance with regulatory standards (USFDA, EU, MHRA, etc.)
