Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain Signal Management Schedules as per SOPs
- Perform signal detection, identification, analysis, and evaluation
- Assess safety data from multiple sources to evaluate benefit–risk profiles
- Prepare product-specific ADR sheets
- Author Drug Safety Reports (DSRs) for validated signals
- Communicate signal assessment outcomes to internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with ICH, GVP, and regulatory guidelines
- Support SOP development, revisions, and PV training programs
- Contribute to cross-functional PV process improvements
