Key Responsibilities

As a Trainee Officer in Manufacturing Injectables, you will:

  • Prepare new Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and revise existing ones.
  • Draft change controls and other QMS-related documents (MBMR rationale, investigations, etc.).
  • Ensure timely completion of all QMS elements.
  • Train and guide production personnel in cGMP practices and SOP compliance.
  • Work with GMP and compliance standards during manufacturing operations.
  • Support cleaning, line clearance, filling, stoppering, sealing, and sterilization activities.
  • Minimize deviations and ensure data integrity.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy)
  • Experience: 0–1 year in sterile manufacturing plant
  • Skills:
    • Dispensing – Beginner
    • Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) – Beginner
    • Attention to Detail – Proficient
    • Cleaning & Line Clearance – Proficient
    • Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge – Beginner
    • Filling, Stoppering & Sealing – Proficient
    • Sterilization through Autoclave – Proficient
    • Data Integrity – Proficient
