Roles & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Operating in Aseptic & Controlled Area environments
- Handling Filling, Sealing, Filtration, Autoclave & Terminal Sterilization processes
- Managing Tunnel Operations and Batch Manufacturing
- Performing Visual Inspection Testing (VIT) and QMS activities
- Working on various manufacturing lines including Ophthalmic, Prefilled Syringes (PFS), Cartridges, Lyophilizer, Vial & Bag Lines, Robotic Vial Line, and Emulsion Line
Preferred exposure includes machines such as:
- Sterile Eye Drop Filling Machines (Groninger / Optima)
- Dyno Truking Filling & Sealing Machine
- Bosch Filling Machine
- Steam Sterilizer (Fedegari)
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in Parenteral / Injectable Manufacturing (mandatory for experienced roles)
- Strong knowledge of Aseptic & Controlled Area operations
- Hands-on experience with Filling & Autoclave Machines
- Good understanding of cGMP and Regulatory Guidelines (USFDA preferred)
- Exposure to USFDA audits in 21 CFR compliant facilities is highly desirable
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Freshers with relevant qualifications can apply for Apprenticeship positions
