Job Description:
We are looking for candidates for the Injectable/Parenteral units at our SEZ Matoda Plant in Ahmedabad. Positions available include Operator, Officer, Sr. Officer, Executive, and Sr. Executive in the Production (Sterile Manufacturing) department.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Aseptic & Controlled area operations (Filling, Sealing, Filtration, Autoclave, Batch Manufacturing, Terminal Sterilization, Tunnel Operations, QMS Activities, Packing, Visual Inspection Testing)
• Production lines: Ophthalmic, PFS, Cartridges, Lyophilizer, Vial, Bag Line, Robotic Line (Vial), Emulsion Line
• Machine Exposure: Sterile eye drop filling machine (Groninger / Optima), Dyno Trucking filling and sealing machine, Bosch filling machine, Steam sterilizer (Fedegari)

Desired Profile:

• Follow all production department rules and regulations.
• Experience in Parenteral background and Aseptic vial/Bottle filling processes.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines, USFDA audits, change control, deviation, CAPA, and manufacturing documentation.
• Technical expertise in Aseptic and Controlled area activities, filling & Autoclave machines, equipment validation, and qualifications in injectable.
• Preparation and review of BMR-BPR.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, computer proficiency, and cGMP understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Experience in USFDA regulatory approved pharmaceuticals (Preferred 21 CFR compliant) organization.
