Key Responsibilities
Production (API/Bulk Drugs)
- Batch start-up, monitoring, and process optimization
- Ensure cGMP compliance and regulatory standards
- Documentation of BMR, batch records, and validation protocols
Engineering
- Preventive & breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment
- Calibration and troubleshooting of instrumentation & control systems
- Operation and maintenance of utilities (boilers, chillers, HVAC, compressors)
- Preparation of SOPs, DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ protocols
Quality Control (QC)
- HPLC, GC, UV, and wet analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished products
- Stability studies and microbiological testing (MLT, environmental monitoring)
- GLP-compliant documentation and audit-ready records
