Roles & Responsibilities
Candidates selected for the Production role will be responsible for:
- Following cGMP and regulatory standards to maintain product quality
- Managing batch initiation and production activities in Clean Room / PP Area
- Calibrating balances and critical instruments for accurate measurements
- Reviewing Batch Records (BR), BMR, SOPs, and validation protocols
- Coordinating with QA, QC, and maintenance teams
- Maintaining cleanroom discipline, gowning procedures, and environmental control
- Preparing and maintaining accurate production documentation and reports
Required Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, candidates must have:
- B.Tech in Chemical Engineering OR M.Sc in Organic Chemistry
- 2โ7 years of experience in API production (PP area preferred)
- Strong knowledge of GMP, cleanroom operations, and documentation practices
- Good troubleshooting skills and team collaboration ability
