Roles and Responsibilities
As a Sr Associate IS Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining applications on the Veeva Vault platform
- Managing day-to-day operations of Veeva Vault Quality systems
- Translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Developing custom modules, reports, SDKs, and integrations
- Performing unit testing, integration testing, and validation (GxP compliance)
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams like QA, product, and engineering
- Monitoring system performance and ensuring uptime
- Maintaining proper documentation of code and processes
- Staying updated with the latest Veeva Vault features and best practices
Required Qualifications
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Experience
- 5 to 9 years of relevant experience in IT or software development
- 5–7 years in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred)
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Veeva Vault Quality & QMS
- Knowledge of Veeva configuration and custom development
- Experience in GxP regulated environments and validation processes
- Expertise in SDLC (design, development, testing, change control)
- Programming skills in Python, JavaScript
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with Git or version control systems
Good to Have Skills
- Knowledge of databases (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
- Experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Databricks)
- API integration tools like MuleSoft
- Reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire
- Strong SQL query writing skills
Certifications
- Veeva Vault Administrator Certification (Mandatory)
