Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding of PSP & SP data sources
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks
- Manage data delivery timelines, logs, and documentation
- Maintain compliance with privacy, security, and governance SOPs
- Support audits, issue tracking, and data access workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of pharma/data management experience
- Basic understanding of SQL, Python, data processing, and cloud platforms
- Familiarity with pharma datasets like PSP/SP
- Strong attention to detail and communication

- Support integration, transformation, and curation of patient-level data
- Link 1P & 3P datasets for longitudinal patient journey analytics
- Monitor daily patient data aggregation pipelines
- Lead data validation, audits, and reconciliation
- Partner with global teams, vendors, and IS/IT
- Implement governance controls, lineage, and compliance workflows
Qualifications
- Master’s degree + 1–3 years, or Bachelor’s + 2–4 years pharma data experience
- Hands-on experience with large datasets, AWS, SQL, Python, R, Databricks, Tableau
- Ability to translate business requirements into data requirements
- Strong communication in global, cross-time-zone teams
Good to Have
