Job Description:

Althera Labs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Research Associate (RA) to join our R&D team. The ideal

candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in reviewing R&D analytical documents, including Method Validation Reports, Specifications, and Methods of Analysis (MOA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze Method Validation Reports
  • Evaluate and ensure accuracy of Specifications
  • Assess Methods of Analysis (MOA) for compliance and accuracy
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to ensure high standards of document quality
  • Provide detailed feedback and recommendations for document improvements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in R&D analytical document review
  • Strong understanding of analytical methods and validation processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
