Available Positions and Departments
Production Department
- Senior Officer / Executive Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm Experience: 2 to 7 years Area of Expertise: Handling production activities, manufacturing area, and production packing area. Manufacturing processes include granulation (FBD/RMG), compression (KORSCH/SEJONG/LEGACY/GEA), and coating (Auto Coater).
- Operator / Technician Qualification: ITI / Diploma Experience: 2 to 10 years Area of Expertise:
- Manufacturing: Granulation (FBD/RMG), Compression (KORSCH/SEJONG/LEGACY/GEA), Coating (Auto Coater)
- Packing: CVC, Auto Cartonator, Track & Trace, CVC Packing, Inspection, Blister Packing (BQS/Hi-Cart) (Male and female candidates required for blister packing roles)
Quality Control Department
- Senior Officer / Executive Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Sc. (Chemistry) Experience: 2 to 7 years Area of Expertise: Analysis of finished products, stability studies, instrumental analysis (GC, HPLC, KF), raw material testing, and adherence to GLP standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day operations in granulation, compression, coating, and packing areas for production roles.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and safety protocols in manufacturing and packing.
- Conduct instrumental analysis, stability studies, and quality testing of raw materials and finished products for QC roles.
- Maintain documentation, GLP compliance, and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Candidates must possess the specified educational qualifications and relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in formulation manufacturing. Strong knowledge of equipment like FBD, RMG, auto coaters, compression machines, and analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, KF) is essential for respective roles.
