Key Responsibilities

As a Research Associate in Technology Transfer, you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing and providing technical inputs on:
  • Product Development Reports (PDR)
  • Master Formula Cards (MFC)
  • Technology Transfer (TT) documents
• Preparing process-related:
  • Risk assessments
  • Protocols
  • Feasibility and scale-up reports
• Executing:
  • Trial batches
  • Scale-up batches
  • Summary reports
• Handling documentation such as:
  • Exhibit Batches
  • Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR)
  • Batch Packaging Records (BPR)
• Supporting regulatory submissions including:
  • Test License
  • Import License
  • No Objection Certificate (NOC)
  • Manufacturing License
• Reviewing and defining:
  • Critical Process Parameters (CPPs)
  • Critical Quality Attributes (CQAs)
• Participating in:
  • Annual Product Review (APR)
  • New Product Introduction (NPI)
• Implementing Process Analytical Technology (PAT) for process improvements
• Preparing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Required Qualifications

Educational Qualification

• Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)

Experience

• 1 to 5 years in:
  • Technology Transfer
  • Formulation development
  • Manufacturing support

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical documentation
• Understanding of regulatory requirements
• Hands-on experience in scale-up and validation
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
