Roles and Responsibilities
Production (OSD & Injectable)
- Operate and manage granulation, compression, coating, and filling processes
- Handle manufacturing equipment as per SOP, BMR, and GMP guidelines
- Maintain documentation and equipment logs
- Execute aseptic processes and injectable manufacturing activities
Packing (OSD)
- Perform packing operations as per cGMP guidelines
- Operate blister and bottle packing machines
- Ensure serialization and proper documentation
- Handle machines like CAM, IMA, CVC, and others
Production (API & Kilo Lab)
- Execute batch processes using reactors, centrifuges, and other equipment
- Ensure smooth production operations as per SOP
- Maintain compliance documentation and quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
API โ Hydrogenation
- Handle hydrogenation and chemical processing equipment
- Perform unit operations like distillation, crystallization, filtration
- Manage processes such as fluorination, esterification, and amination
Warehouse
- Manage raw material and finished goods storage
- Perform dispensing and inventory management
- Maintain records in SAP
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Required Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma / B.Sc / B.Com / B.A
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- B.E / B.Tech (Chemical)
- M.Sc (Chemistry or relevant field)
Experience
- 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry
