- DCS Officer — BE/Diploma (Chemical), 2-4 years experience (7 positions)
- Shift Executive (Packing Area) — BE/Diploma (Chemical), 2-4 years experience
- Shift Incharge – Production — BE/Diploma (Chemical), 4-6 years experience (5 positions)
- Spray Dryer Operator / Field Officer Production — ITI-AOCP/Diploma, 2-4 years experience (6 positions)
- Maintenance Engineer — BE/Diploma (Mechanical), 4-6 years experience (4 positions)
- Instrumentation Engineer — BE/Diploma (Instrumentation), 4-6 years experience (5 positions)
- Instrumentation Technician — ITI, 2-4 years experience (2 positions)
- EHS Officer — BE (Chemical) + ADIS/PDIS, 2-4 years experience (3 positions)
- ETP Shift Executive — BE (Environment), 4-3 years experience (6 positions)
- ETP Chemist — B.Sc/M.Sc, 2-4 years experience (2 positions)

These roles involve shift-based operations in a chemical plant environment, focusing on production efficiency, safety compliance, equipment maintenance, effluent treatment, quality assurance, and dispatch activities.
Roles and Responsibilities (General Overview)
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Operating and monitoring DCS systems, production equipment, spray dryers, and field operations
- Leading shift teams to ensure smooth production targets and safety protocols
- Performing maintenance on mechanical and instrumentation systems
- Handling EHS compliance, risk assessments, and environmental monitoring (including ETP operations)
- Conducting quality control tests, analysis, and documentation
- Managing electrical maintenance and dispatch logistics
Required Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must hold the relevant educational qualifications (BE/Diploma/ITI/B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Com as specified) along with the mentioned years of hands-on experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, or similar process industries. Preference will be given to those familiar with chemical plant operations, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
Salary and Benefits
Competitive salary packages will be offered based on experience, qualification, and role (realistic range for these positions in Gujarat’s chemical sector: ₹3.5 LPA to ₹8 LPA, with higher for senior roles).
