Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Sc Experience Required: 2 – 5 Years
Roles & Responsibilities
Candidates in these roles will contribute to high-standard pharmaceutical operations:
- Quality Assurance (QA): Ensure compliance with GMP, conduct audits, validate processes, and manage documentation for regulatory adherence.
- Quality Control (QC): Perform testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products; operate instruments like HPLC/GC; maintain accurate records.
- Production: Operate manufacturing equipment for tablets/capsules/liquids, monitor batch processes, and ensure efficient production while adhering to SOPs.
- Packing: Handle blister packing, bottling, labeling, and secondary packaging; ensure integrity and compliance in packing lines.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Educational Qualification: B.Pharm or M.Sc in relevant fields.
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in pharma manufacturing (OSD formulations preferred).
- Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines (USFDA, WHO, etc.) and cGMP practices.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities.
