Responsibilities
As an Immunology Scientist, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and validating ELISA methods (both qualitative and quantitative assays).
- Performing and troubleshooting analytical methods related to protein or bio-conjugate products.
- Utilizing various instruments such as plate readers, dispensers, washers, and robotic liquid handling systems.
- Understanding and executing the expression and purification of recombinant proteins.
- Engaging in technical writing and root cause analysis.
- Communicating effectively with team members and external customers.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Educational Background: M.Sc. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or other related life sciences.
- Experience:
- 2-3 years of validating analytical methods.
- 1-2 years of performing and troubleshooting ELISA assays.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in ELISA method development and validation.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory instruments.
- Strong technical writing skills and scientific reasoning.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with external customers.
