Available Positions and Responsibilities
Ajanta Pharma is hiring for the following departments:
Manufacturing/Packing – Associate/Operator/Sr. Officer/Officer
- Hands-on operation in processes like Granulation, Pellet coating, Compression, Capsule filling, Blister Packing, Sachet Filling, Secondary Packing, Cartoning & Labeling.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and production targets.
Production (MES/PAS-X) – Sr. Officer/Officer
- MBR designing, troubleshooting, and simplification in MES/PAS-X systems.
- Equipment integration, alias preparation, and PCS element management.
Quality Control – Sr. Officer/Officer
- In-process and finished product analysis of Solid Oral Dosage forms (RM, PM, Stability).
- Experience in analytical method validation, PMCC, and Dissolution.
Stores/Warehouse – Sr. Officer/Officer/Associate
- Handling Raw Material & Packing Material, FG sections.
- Current experience in pharma formulation required.
Maintenance – Sr. Officer/Officer/Assistant (Plant Maintenance/HVAC)
- Maintenance of Granulation, Compression, Coating, Blister & Strip Machines, Powder & Bulk packing lines.
- Familiarity with GMP documentation essential.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Manufacturing/Packing Associate/Operator: 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma, D.Pharm (Mandatory); Experience: 02 to 10 Years.
- Manufacturing/Packing Sr. Officer/Officer: B.Pharm/M.Pharm; Experience: 02 to 08 Years.
- Production (MES/PAS-X): B.Pharm/M.Pharm/B.E; Experience: 02 to 08 Years.
- Quality Control: B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Pharm/M.Pharm; Experience: 02 to 08 Years.
- Stores/Warehouse: Any Graduate (Associate: ITI/D.Pharm); Experience: 04 to 10 Years (currently working in pharma formulation).
- Maintenance: B.E (Electrical) for Assistant ITI (Electrical/RFM); Experience: 03 to 10 Years.
Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to regulated plants and OSD manufacturing operations.
