Ajanta Pharma is recruiting for the following roles:
- Manufacturing/Packing – Officer Candidates with B. Pharma qualification and 3-8 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or packing operations.
- Manufacturing/Packing – Operator Open to ITI or Diploma holders with 3-8 years of experience in similar roles within pharma production or packing lines.
- Maintenance – Technician in HVAC/Utility (Electrical) ITI or Diploma qualified technicians with 3-8 years of experience in HVAC systems, utilities, and electrical maintenance in industrial or pharmaceutical settings.
These positions are based at the company’s plant in Pithampur, offering a chance to contribute to high-quality pharmaceutical production in a reputed organization.
Key Responsibilities
While specific day-to-day duties may vary, typical responsibilities for these roles include:
- Operating and monitoring manufacturing and packing equipment to ensure smooth production processes.
- Maintaining compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety standards.
- Performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC, utility, and electrical systems.

Salary and Benefits

- Officer positions: Approximately ₹4-8 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum).
