Job Responsibilities
Maintenance Roles
- Maintenance Executive/Sr. Officer/Officer (HVAC):
- Oversee HVAC equipment operations and maintenance.
- Manage Building Management Systems (BMS) and PLC modifications.
- Ensure GMP documentation compliance in a USFDA-approved plant.
- Maintenance Assistant (Plant Maintenance):
- Perform preventive maintenance on granulation, compression, coating, blister, and strip machines.
- Support powder and bulk packing line operations.
- Sr. Officer/Officer (Plant Maintenance):
- Handle manufacturing and packing process equipment maintenance.
- Address equipment breakdowns and maintain GMP documentation (PM checklists, daily records, e-Log systems).
Manufacturing/Packing Roles
- Associate/Operator:
- Execute OSD manufacturing operations, including granulation and pellet coating.
- Support primary and secondary packing processes.
- Sr. Officer/Officer:
- Manage OSD manufacturing and packing operations.
- Ensure compliance with GMP standards in production.
Quality Assurance (QA) Roles
- Sr. Officer/Officer:
- Conduct In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) and Analytical Quality Assurance (AQA).
- Support Drug Regulatory Affairs (DRA) activities.
Quality Control (QC) Roles
- Sr. Officer/Officer:
- Perform analysis of solid oral samples using HPLC and UV spectrophotometers.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards.
Qualifications
- Maintenance Executive/Sr. Officer/Officer (HVAC):
- B.E. (Electrical/Mechanical) with 6-12 years of experience.
- Expertise in HVAC, BMS, PLC, GMP documentation, and USFDA plant operations.
- Maintenance Assistant (Plant Maintenance):
- 10th/12th + ITI (Electrical) with 4-10 years of experience.
- Experience in preventive maintenance of granulation, compression, and packing machines.
- Sr. Officer/Officer (Plant Maintenance):
- B.E. (Electrical) with 4-10 years of experience.
- Familiarity with GMP documentation and handling equipment breakdowns.
- Associate/Operator (Manufacturing/Packing):
- 10th/12th + ITI, Diploma, or D. Pharm with 3-10 years of experience.
- Knowledge of OSD manufacturing and packing processes.
- Sr. Officer/Officer (Manufacturing/Packing):
- B. Pharm/M. Pharm with 3-8 years of experience.
- Expertise in OSD manufacturing and packing.
- Sr. Officer/Officer (QA):
- B. Pharm/M. Pharm with 3-8 years of experience.
- Experience in IPQA, AQA, and DRA.
- Sr. Officer/Officer (QC):
- B.Sc./M.Sc., B. Pharm, or M. Pharm with 2-8 years of experience.
- Proficiency in HPLC and UV spectrophotometer analysis.
