2. Technical Trainees
- Qualification: Freshers with B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Experience: Not required (ideal for entry-level aspirants)
Responsibilities
- Conduct bioanalytical method development and validation
- Perform routine sample analysis using LC-MS/MS and related techniques
- Maintain accurate lab records and adhere to GLP/GCP compliance
- Support senior scientists in ongoing research studies
- Ensure quality and safety standards are met in all operations
Qualifications
- Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field (B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm)
- For Scientist roles: 2–6 years of relevant bioanalytical experience
- For Trainees: Freshers with strong subject knowledge and willingness to learn
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities
