Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Dietician to join our clinical research team. The ideal candidate will ensure the nutritional integrity and safety of our BA/BE studies and clinical trials. This position requires clinical expertise, research acumen, and a passion for improving patient outcomes through nutritional science.
Key Responsibilities
- Nutritional Assessment: Conduct detailed nutritional assessments of participants involved in BA/BE studies and clinical trials.
- Diet Planning: Develop and implement dietary plans tailored to the specific needs of study participants, ensuring compliance with study protocols.
- Participant Counseling: Provide individualized dietary counseling to participants, addressing their specific nutritional needs and concerns.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical research team to integrate dietary considerations into study designs and protocols.
- Data Management: Collect, manage, and analyze nutritional data to support the objectives of BA/BE studies and clinical trials.
- Compliance: Ensure all dietary recommendations and interventions comply with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.
- Education: Educate participants and staff on the importance of nutrition in clinical research and its impact on study outcomes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
- Experience: 0 – 2 years in a clinical or research setting, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition and dietary management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Proficiency in dietary assessment tools and software.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
