Job Responsibilities
As an AI Clinical Analyst at IntraIntel.ai, you’ll play a pivotal role in integrating AI into clinical workflows. Your key responsibilities include:
- Clinical Interpretation: Analyze and validate AI predictions (e.g., procedural risk, disease progression) using medical reasoning, ensuring actionable insights.
- Model Refinement: Collaborate with data scientists to enhance predictive models with feedback from clinical performance and ground truth data.
- Workflow Integration: Work with clinicians to embed AI-driven analytics into daily decision-making and research tasks.
- Data Mapping: Identify clinical features from structured/unstructured data (EHR, radiology reports) for model training and testing.
- Research Support: Assist in protocol optimization, retrospective analysis, and publication preparation using AI insights.
- Pilot Implementation: Serve as the clinical point-of-contact for hospital pilots in India, conducting usability testing and validation documentation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present clinical findings and define success metrics for AI modules in collaboration with clients.
Required Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in health sciences (e.g., MBBS, BDS, BPT, BHMS, BSc Nursing, MSc Clinical Research, or Public Health).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical data analysis, hospital research, or healthcare consulting.
- Familiarity with clinical trials, medical coding (ICD/CPT), and hospital information systems (HIS/EMR/EHR).
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and ability to interpret AI outputs in a healthcare context.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical insights into clinician-friendly language.
