Available Positions at Adven Biotech
Adven Biotech is currently recruiting for the following key roles at its Manesar location:
- Production Chemist
- Microbiologist
- Accountant
- Computer Operator
These positions support the company’s state-of-the-art production processes, quality assurance, financial operations, and administrative functions in a fully automated, contamination-free facility.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Production Chemist: Oversee daily production activities, ensure compliance with GMP standards, handle formulation processes, maintain batch records, and coordinate with quality control teams for consistent product output.
- Microbiologist: Conduct microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products; maintain lab hygiene; perform environmental monitoring; and support validation activities to meet regulatory requirements.
- Accountant: Manage day-to-day accounting, prepare financial statements, handle vendor payments, reconcile accounts, ensure tax compliance, and assist in budgeting and audits.
- Computer Operator: Operate computer systems for data entry, maintain digital records, generate reports, manage office software, and provide administrative support to departments.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess relevant educational backgrounds and experience suited to the roles:
- Production Chemist & Microbiologist: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field; prior experience in pharmaceutical/homeopathic production or quality labs preferred.
- Accountant: B.Com/M.Com with knowledge of accounting software (Tally or similar); experience in manufacturing or pharma sector advantageous.
- Computer Operator: Graduate in any discipline with strong computer skills (MS Office, data management); typing speed and accuracy essential.
