Responsibilities in Job
As a Medical Record Reviewer at Advantmed, you’ll play an essential role in the healthcare industry by:
- Conducting thorough medical record reviews for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure high quality of documentation.
- Identifying discrepancies and providing insights to improve documentation processes.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for elevating the overall quality of healthcare services.
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of patient information as per HIPAA regulations.
- Working efficiently to meet deadlines and ensure timely reporting.
Qualifications
To be eligible for the position of Medical Record Reviewer, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- A degree in any field is acceptable.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a B.Sc. in Microbiology, Biology, Biotechnology, or Nursing.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience are both encouraged to apply.
- Candidates should be committed to learning and adapting to new healthcare technologies and processes.
