๐ผ Job Role: Production Chemist / Manufacturing Associate
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day parenteral production activities as per SOPs
- Handle basic chemical preparation, mixing, and batch processing
- Operate and monitor BFS, vial, ampoule, and bottle manufacturing processes
- Record critical process parameters and maintain batch documentation
- Support in packing, compliance, and remediation tasks
- Ensure adherence to GMP, GLP, and cleanroom protocols
- Perform quality checks and maintain equipment hygiene
- Manage quality systems: CAPA, CCN, deviations & investigations
- Coordinate with supervisors to optimize workflow and reduce downtime
๐ Required Qualifications
- B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry or related fields)
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Experience: 0โ3 years
- Freshers with strong interest in sterile manufacturing are highly encouraged
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of aseptic techniques, sterile formulation, cleanroom behavior, GMP, and documentation practices
