Key Responsibilities
For Engineering Roles:
- Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of critical sterile manufacturing equipment (autoclaves, sterilizers, filling lines, isolators, cleanroom systems, compressed air, purified water, WFI, HVAC systems).
- Troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure reliability and GMP compliance.
- Support equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) activities.
- Execute and document maintenance per SOPs.
- Coordinate with production, QA, and engineering teams to minimize downtime.
- Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and GMP requirements.
For Production Roles:
- Handle operations in parenteral manufacturing (vials, bags, ampoules/bottles via BFS technology, glass/plastic packaging).
- Manage quality systems, including documentation, change control (CCN), CAPA, investigations, and audits.
- Support remediation and compliance activities in sterile production environments.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Engineering:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation.
- 0 to 4 years of experience (freshers encouraged).
Production:
- M.Sc. (Sciences), B.Pharm., or M.Pharm. in Pharmacy.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in parenteral manufacturing (vial/bag/ampoule/bottle via BFS, glass/plastic).
- Experience in quality management systems, CCN/CAPA/investigations, audits preferred.
Candidates should be detail-oriented, motivated, and ready to contribute to a GMP-compliant sterile facility.
Salary & Benefits
