Roles & Responsibilities
Production & Packing
- Handling granulation, compression, coating, capsule printing, and blister packing
- Managing sterile manufacturing processes including filling, sealing, and lyophilization
- Operating autoclave, CNC machines, and washing systems
Quality Control
- Performing RM, PM, FG analysis and validation activities
- Conducting stability and microbiological testing
- Operating instruments like HPLC and GC
Quality Assurance
- Managing IPQA, QMS, validation, and documentation
- Handling audits, vendor qualification, and compliance
- Ensuring adherence to cGMP guidelines
Engineering
- Maintenance of process equipment and utilities
- Managing HVAC, water systems, and instrumentation
- Calibration and upkeep of critical systems
Required Qualifications
Candidates with the following educational backgrounds are eligible:
- M.Pharm / B.Pharm
- M.Sc
- B.Tech
- D.Pharm
- Diploma / ITI
- 12th Pass (for technician/operator roles)
Note: Candidates with experience in regulatory pharma plants will be preferred.
Experience Required
- 2 to 10 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
