1. Accounts Executive / Assistant – Ayurvedic Pharma
Key Responsibilities
- Create daily accounting entries: sales, purchase, receipts, payments
- Maintain Tally/ERP books of accounts
- Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Maintain RM, PM, FG stock ledgers
- Manage GST, TDS, and statutory returns
- Conduct batch-wise costing
- Reconcile vendor, C&F, distributor accounts
- Support FDA, AYUSH, GMP audit documentation
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Sales, QA/QC
Qualifications
- B.Com/M.Com preferred
- 0 – 2 years accounting experience (pharma advantage)
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP, GST, TDS
2. Graphic Designer Assistant – Ayurvedic Wellness Products
Key Responsibilities
- Design packaging artworks (labels, cartons, bottles, foils)
- Develop brochures, leaflets, banners, product cards
- Create digital content for social media, website, e-commerce
- Ensure FDA/AYUSH packaging compliance
- Coordinate with QA/QC for proofreading
- Work with printers for final artwork quality
- Maintain Ayurvedic-aligned brand identity
Qualifications
- B.Pharm Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design
- Skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW
- Experience in Ayurvedic/pharma packaging preferred
- 0 – 2 years
3. Purchase Executive / Assistant – Ayurvedic Pharma
Key Responsibilities
- Source RM, PM, herbal ingredients, third-party services
- Evaluate and qualify pharma-grade suppliers
- Negotiate price, delivery schedules, and quality norms
- Generate/manage POs and follow-up on deliveries
- Coordinate sample testing, COA approvals
- Maintain FDA, AYUSH, GMP procurement documentation
- Monitor stock levels and material planning
- Follow procurement SOPs and vendor qualification matrix
Qualifications
- B.Pharm/M.Pharm/BBA/MBA SCM preferred
- 0 – 2 years pharma or herbal procurement experience
4. Medical Representative (MR) – Fresher | Ayurvedic Pharma

Key Responsibilities
- Promote Ayurvedic and herbal formulations to doctors, practitioners, and pharmacies
- Conduct daily field visits and meet sales targets
- Generate prescriptions and drive product awareness
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
- Provide product information, clinical benefits, and usage guidelines
- Execute territory planning, route planning, and daily reporting
- Participate in CME programs, doctor meetings, and promotional campaigns
- Collect market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Ensure ethical sales promotion as per AYUSH/FDA guidelines
Qualifications (Freshers Eligible)
