Accenture is currently hiring Pharmacovigilance Representatives for freshers in Chennai. This is an excellent opportunity for B.Pharm, M.Pharm, and Pharm D graduates who want to start a career in Pharmacovigilance, Drug Safety, and Global Safety Database case processing.
The role involves processing Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs), adverse event reporting, safety data entry, and regulatory compliance activities as per global pharmacovigilance standards.

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will perform the following pharmacovigilance activities:
- Create and process safety cases in the Global Safety Database
- Perform triage and case prioritization for safety reports
- Handle serious and non-serious adverse event cases
- Perform data entry and case processing as per client SOPs
- Retrieve and manage incoming safety information
- Conduct follow-ups for missing safety data
- Ensure compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulations and guidelines
- Support case submission and safety reporting processes
These activities are part of drug safety monitoring and pharmacovigilance operations used in global clinical and post-marketing safety surveillance.

Education
- B.Pharm
- M.Pharm
- Pharm D
- Life Science graduates
Experience
- Freshers only
Skills Required
- Good English communication
- Basic understanding of pharmacovigilance

- Ability to work in global safety database systems
- Knowledge of adverse event reporting (preferred)
