Key Responsibilities
As a Pharmacovigilance Services Associate, your responsibilities include:
- Managing affiliate mailboxes and performing case reconciliation and follow-ups.
- Conducting case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, and case processing for ICSR submissions.
- Ensuring compliance with global regulatory and client guidelines.
- Handling serious and non-serious adverse event reports.
- Supporting drug safety surveillance and clinical data management operations.
- Working in rotational shifts as part of a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications and Experience
- Educational Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Experience Required: 0–2 years (freshers with strong pharmacovigilance interest may apply)
- Skillset:
- Knowledge of pharmacovigilance operations and terminology
- Understanding of clinical trial safety data
- Familiarity with MedDRA coding and ICSR processes
- Strong written and analytical skills
