๐ฌ Key Responsibilities โ Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety
As a Pharmacovigilance Associate, you will handle Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) and ensure regulatory compliance.
Core Duties:
- Identification and creation of safety cases in global safety database
- Triage, case prioritization, and case processing of AEs, SAEs & SUSARs
- Medical coding using MedDRA and WHO-Drug Dictionary (WHODD)
- Data entry and narrative writing in global safety systems
- Seriousness and causality assessment as per client SOPs
- Submission of safety reports within regulatory timelines
- Duplicate checks and validation of case data
- Follow-up for missing safety information
- E2B submission handling
- Translation of source documents and case narratives
- Participation in audits and inspections
- Mailbox reconciliation and safety data tracking
This role requires strict adherence to global pharmacovigilance regulatory requirements, client SOPs, and compliance frameworks.
