As part of Accenture’s Life Sciences R&D vertical, selected candidates will contribute to pharmacovigilance operations, safety surveillance, and ICSR case management, supporting leading global biopharma clients while ensuring compliance with international regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage affiliate safety mailboxes and perform reconciliation of safety reports
• Process Serious and Non-Serious ICSRs as per defined SOPs
• Perform case intake, data entry, MedDRA coding, and narrative writing
• Ensure timely submission and follow-ups in global safety databases
• Maintain compliance with ICH-GCP, GVP, and global regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams and supervisors to resolve routine operational issues
• Contribute as an individual contributor within a defined scope of work

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm)
• 1–3 years of experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety
• Hands-on exposure to ICSR case processing and safety databases
• Knowledge of MedDRA coding, global PV regulations, and follow-up procedures
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

Salary Package (Estimated)

• ₹4,00,000 – ₹7,00,000 per annum (CTC)
