Key Responsibilities
- Manage affiliate mailboxes and perform reconciliation of reports per process.
- Handle case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, and ICSR case processing.
- Ensure submission and follow-up as per global regulatory and client requirements.
- Perform written follow-up attempts for both serious and non-serious adverse events.
- Maintain compliance with pharmacovigilance SOPs and timelines.
- Collaborate with global safety teams to support end-to-end drug safety operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Bachelorโs degree in Life Sciences (Physiotherapy or Dental Surgery accepted for some roles).
- 0โ8 years of experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety (role-dependent).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
