Responsibilities of a Pharmacovigilance Services Associate The Pharmacovigilance Services Associate position involves a diverse set of responsibilities, which include:
- Managing affiliate mailbox activities and performing report reconciliations.
- Executing written follow-ups for both serious and non-serious cases.
- Handling case identification, data entry, and MedDRA coding for individual case safety reports (ICSRs).
- Ensuring accurate case processing, submission, and follow-up in compliance with client guidelines and global regulatory standards.
- Contributing to the life sciences enterprise by supporting clinical trials, regulatory services, and patient-centric solutions.
- Solving routine challenges by referring to existing guidelines and collaborating with the team and direct supervisor for effective resolution.
- Performing assigned tasks with a predetermined and focused scope of work, under moderate supervision.
