Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Veeva Vault Safety
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Pharmacovigilance and Drug Safety for Veeva Vault Safety
- Lead requirement-gathering workshops and translate business needs into system designs
- Prepare and maintain URS, Functional Specifications, user stories, and test scripts
- Design and configure Veeva Vault solutions compliant with FDA, EMA, ICH E2E regulations
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, product owners, and technical teams
- Manage and prioritize backlogs using Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Contribute to RFPs and pre-sales activities supporting business development
Agile Delivery & Engagement
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure timely sprint delivery
- Lead change management and post-go-live support for Veeva Vault implementations
- Mentor cross-functional teams to ensure quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction

- Tools: JIRA, Confluence, HP-ALM, Q-Test, SQL, Oracle, MS Office
- Basic understanding of SQL, XML, and data querying
