Job Responsibilities
Quality Assurance (QA) – QMS / IPQA
- Oversee quality management systems to ensure compliance with USFDA standards.
- Conduct in-process quality assurance checks during injectable manufacturing.
- Prepare and review SOPs, validation protocols, and quality documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain product quality and safety.
- Perform audits and ensure adherence to GMP and regulatory guidelines.
Production – QMS
- Manage production processes in the injectable plant to meet quality standards.
- Monitor and optimize manufacturing workflows for efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure proper documentation of production activities and batch records.
- Coordinate with QA teams to address quality issues during production.
- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment per USFDA regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: B.Pharma from a recognized institution.
- Experience:
- QA: 4-6 years in injectable plant operations.
- Production: 3-6 years in injectable plant operations.
- Strong knowledge of QMS, IPQA, and GMP in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Familiarity with USFDA regulations and injectable production processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
