Roles and Responsibilities
As a Clinical Research Associate I, you will be responsible for supporting site management and clinical operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Collect and manage essential regulatory documents for clinical sites
- Review documents for accuracy as per GCP and GDP standards
- Maintain clinical trial information and document management systems
- Support creation of patient and regulatory binders
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with site partners and internal teams
- Assist in resolving audit findings and monitoring issues
- Manage clinical inventory and coordinate with warehouses
- Handle import/export processes as per regulatory guidelines
- Support translation of study documents including informed consent forms
- Participate in process improvements and continuous learning
Required Qualifications
Educational Qualification
- Bachelorโs degree in:
- Life Sciences
- Nursing
- Bioengineering
- Pre-medical field
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in clinical research or healthcare
