About the Role
As an EM Regulatory Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting regulatory operational tasks for Abbott’s Emerging Markets. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure all activities are completed in a timely manner, in compliance with Abbott’s policies, procedures, and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Support
- Manage data entry and upload documents into approved databases.
- Perform compliance checks to ensure data accuracy.
- Provide publishing and compilation support for regulatory submissions.
- Handle administrative tasks as required.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with EM Regional and Local Regulatory Teams.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment with stakeholders.
- Compliance & Process Improvement
- Maintain compliance with Abbott procedures and local regulations.
- Support process improvements and create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Identify opportunities for streamlining and harmonizing processes.
- Coordination & Planning
- Demonstrate effective planning and follow-up with stakeholders.
- Manage priorities and resolve conflicts in alignment with managers.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance.
