Job Opportunity: Production Executive / Sr. Executive – API Manufacturing
Aarti Pharmalabs Ltd is actively hiring for Production Executive / Sr. Executive positions at Unit-IV, MIDC Tarapur, Maharashtra. There are 20 openings for candidates with strong hands-on experience in API batch operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle batch operations in API manufacturing, including reaction handling, distillation, filtration, drying, and charging activities.
- Operate and manage equipment such as Reactors, Centrifuges, ANFDs, Dryers, and other API production tools.
- Maintain GMP documentation, including BMRs, SOPs, and deviation handling.
- Oversee shift activities, manage shopfloor manpower, and ensure production targets are met efficiently.
- Perform centrifugation, filtration, and other critical process operations with strict adherence to safety and quality protocols.
Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3-8 years of exclusive hands-on exposure in API manufacturing (bulk drug API processes preferred).
- Strong knowledge in batch operations involving distillation, filtration, drying, charging, and related activities.
- Sound understanding of GMP documentation, BMR preparation, SOPs, and deviation management.
- Experience in handling Reactors, Centrifuges, ANFDs, Dryers, and other API equipment.
- Capability to manage shopfloor manpower, shift activities, and achieve production targets.
- Note: Candidates with only bulk drug packaging, formulation, QC, or partial production exposure are not suitable for this role. Preferred candidates come from reputed companies accredited by USFDA, EDQM, or ANVISA.
