About the Role: Production Executive / Sr. Executive
These positions are based at the company’s API manufacturing facility in Tarapur. Selected candidates will play a key role in daily plant operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant production of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and other plant equipment in API/bulk drug production.
- Follow cGMP guidelines and maintain documentation for batch records, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Handle multi-product manufacturing processes with a focus on intermediates and APIs.
- Ensure adherence to safety practices, including hazard identification and risk mitigation in chemical handling.
- Participate in shift operations, troubleshooting process issues, and supporting scale-up activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth plant functioning and compliance.
Required Qualifications and Experience

- M.Sc in Chemistry
