Key Responsibilities
- Conduct method development, validation, and study sample analysis according to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), SOPs, and work instructions.
- Manage laboratory tasks, ensuring compliance with GLP guidelines related to safety, security, and equipment maintenance.
- Monitor laboratory processes and ensure adherence to analytical methods, SOPs, and protocols.
- Review raw and chromatographic data and provide continuous updates to the investigator or manager on study progress.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing SOPs, bio-analytical reports, and validation studies.
- Perform specific tasks such as MD/MV (Method Development/Validation) and study sample analysis using various lab equipment.
- Retrieve plasma, process samples with CC/QC standards, and maintain accurate records as per SOPs.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the laboratory and ensure the proper disposal of both bio-waste and non-bio-waste.
