Eligibility Criteria:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following academic qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in a medical specialization such as Healthcare Science, Healthcare Administration, B.Sc. Nursing, B.Pharm, or BDS.
- Graduation year: Candidates must have completed their degree in either 2023 or 2024 with no backlogs.
- Minimum Marks: A minimum of 60% (without rounding up) in 10th, 12th, diploma, and graduation. No rounding up to 60% will be accepted.
- Additional Requirements:
- No more than a one-year gap after SSC (high school) and no academic year loss after joining a course.
- A consolidated marksheet or Provisional Degree Certificate must be issued at the time of the offer.
Selection Process:
Candidates will undergo a multi-stage selection process, with each stage acting as a filter for the next:

Job Responsibilities:
As a part of the US Healthcare domain at Tech Mahindra, you will be expected to:
- Learn and become certified in various Electronic Health Record (EHR)/EMR platforms.
- Develop a deep understanding of US healthcare workflows.
- Interact with clients, US teams, analysts, and support teams to resolve issues.
- Perform system builds and configurations in EMR systems.
- Manage documentation, change management, and project delivery processes.
- Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLA) and prioritize tasks in collaboration with team leads.
Required Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to grasp and apply healthcare domain knowledge quickly.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and ticketing tools.
- A team player attitude with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.

Bond and Compensation:
- Candidates will be on probation for 6 months.
- An indemnity bond of INR 1 Lakh is required for a mandatory 2-year service period.
- During probation, candidates will undergo unit-specific training, on-the-job learning, and shadowing as per business needs.
