Responsibilities:
- Inspect and audit production processes for quality and safety compliance.
- Mark nonconforming products with “Reject” tags and report to supervisors and the QA manager.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance protocols.
- Collaborate to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Keep accurate records of quality activities.
- Train employees on QA procedures and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Experience in QA within the food manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, and GMP.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
