Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will:
- Deliver Results: Achieve clinical sales targets and provide intensive clinical support to customers in India. You’ll help with case assessments, ClinCheck usage, troubleshooting, and more.
- Training and Coaching: Provide product and clinical training to both internal teams and external customers. Support ongoing education efforts for sales and marketing teams, especially during new product launches.
- Build Relationships: Engage both certified and non-certified doctors to grow the Invisalign business and manage clinical events. Establish strong ethical business relationships and ensure market intelligence is shared with the India Marketing Manager.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with your colleagues to foster a high-performing team in India and contribute to company-wide success.
- Travel: Be prepared for travel across India to meet clinical support needs.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate of Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS).
- Experience: At least 4 years in a corporate environment, with experience in training dentists or orthodontists.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
