• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Microbiology

Experience:

• 0-2 years in the Pharma Industry, specifically in a Sterile Plant

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform Environment Monitoring in the aseptic production area and sterility testing area (settle plate, air sampling, and surface monitoring – swab and contact plate)
• Conduct Utility Monitoring (sampling and analysis of compressed air and nitrogen gas)
• Oversee Personnel / Gowning qualification and requalification for the aseptic area
• Perform Water analysis, MLT analysis, BET Analysis, Media preparation, autoclave operation, and Culture handling
• Maintain an Isolate library, perform identification by Vitek-2, and culture maintenance
