Job Title: Production Supervisor
Education:
- B.Sc/M.Sc in Chemistry or Diploma in Chemical Engineering

Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with DCS panel operations in a DCS-operated plant
- Managing multiple unit operations and processes simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of safety practices
- Experience handling hazardous chemicals and solvents
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operational knowledge of YOKOGAWA DCS
- Production planning, control, and batch execution
- Supervising batches and verification of RM quintets
- Solvent recovery process handling
- Basic knowledge of process safety standards (MSDS) and industry standards
- Experience with distillation columns (atmospheric and vacuum)
- Formulation of final products for dispatch and packaging
- Operating GLR and SS reactors, centrifugal pumps, piston pumps, and vacuum pumps
- Safety management, including Permit to Work systems
