We seek a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Clinical Application Intern for our state-of-the-art GI physiology lab assays. This position offers a development plan for progression towards becoming a clinical application specialist, with leadership potential including Senior Clinical Sales Specialist, Senior VP, and Senior Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technology Demonstration:
- Showcase the clinical utility of innovative diagnostic technologies to gastroenterologists.
- Disseminate knowledge about complex technologies, fostering understanding among clinicians.
- Electrogastrography (EGG) Studies:
- Perform EGG studies on enrolled patients across selected GI centers of excellence.
- Interact with patients and clinicians to discuss EGG study outcomes.
- Market Intelligence:
- Identify unfulfilled diagnostic needs in Indian disease epidemiology.
- Contribute to the evolution of GI disease diagnostics, addressing future disease implications.
- Travel Benefits:
- Engage with key opinion leaders in gastroenterology across various cities.
- Gain insights into real-world patient journeys, facilitating a unique learning experience.
- Contribute to collaborative projects impacting patient care on a national scale.
A Typical Day:
- Conducting EGG studies at Apollo Hospital on Monday and discussing report outcomes with gastroenterologists.
- Performing studies at Fortis Hospital on Tuesday.
- Traveling to Jaipur on Wednesday to present scientific data to an eminent gastroenterologist at a premier center of excellence.
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in life sciences and IVD/MD diagnostic technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at multiple sites within the base city and neighboring major cities.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biomedical Engineering, or Life Science.
- Availability to join between 1st June 2024 and 15th June 2024.
