Key Responsibilities
- Manage timely and accurate processing of Zydus Recruitment and Data Management Back-office activities
- Oversee HUB and Location Shared Services Team with set KPIs & KRAs related to SLA
- Be an integral part of setting up Location Shared Services across Zydus PAN India Locations
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to ensure accurate and compliant processing of transactions
- Gain in-depth knowledge of Cloud HRMS systems and processes within Zydus and different BU levels
- Implement and manage processes to track recruitment and data management activities including SLA review (Timeliness & Quality), escalations, and feedback
- Partner with HRBP, Location SPOC, and Cross-functional teams to address process issues and gaps
- Ensure quality checks of processed transactions to ensure zero defects for end requesters
- Ensure compliance with Zydus HR Policy governance
- Conduct root cause analysis on issues/escalations to identify process breakdowns and improvements
- Maintain and update all HR Operations & Policy SOPs for the wider HR team
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports on accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction
- Liaise with statutory and internal auditors for half-yearly audits and provide necessary information to auditors and stakeholders

- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint will be given preference
