Job Title: BFS/FFS Operator

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc / B.Pharmacy
Experience Required: 2 – 10 years
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Blow Fill Seal (BFS) and Form Fill Seal (FFS) machines for sterile liquid dosage forms production.
- Set up, adjust, and maintain BFS/FFS machines to ensure high performance and minimal downtime.
- Monitor machine parameters and troubleshoot issues during production runs.
- Ensure efficient and accurate filling, sealing, and packaging as per production schedules and quality standards.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on BFS/FFS machines to ensure reliability and minimize interruptions.
- Complete and maintain production records, including batch records, machine logs, and maintenance reports.
Experience
- 2-10 years of experience in operating Blow Fill Seal (BFS) and/or Form Fill Seal (FFS) machines in pharmaceutical, biotech, or a related manufacturing environment.
Skills and Requirements
- Strong understanding of BFS and FFS technology and machinery.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory compliance in a sterile manufacturing environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts if required.
- Ability to lift and handle heavy equipment or materials as necessary.
